There also are forcibly mobilized residents of Russian-occupied parts of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, whom Russians use for "reconnaissance by battle" i.e. as cannon fodder. Their exact number is unknown, some unofficial estimations were between 10,000 and 40,000.
