Ukraine's FM Kuleba denies consensus over some points between Ukraine, Russia. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan earlier claimed that the countries were nearing consensus on 4 of Russia's demands, including Ukraine's NATO membership and status of the Russian language.
