Rudskoy claims Russia never intended to storm Kyiv and falsely states that all 'Kyiv, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy and Mykolaiv' are 'blocked' by Russian forces. Russia does control large areas near those key cities and continues to shell them with artillery.
