As a result of shelling in Sievierodonetsk, Lysychansk, Rubizhne, Kreminna, and other settlements in Luhansk Oblast, more than 30 facilities were damaged, including 10 apartment buildings and 13 private homes, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
