In parts of Kherson and Zaporizhia Oblasts, Russians announced the introduction of the ruble instead of the Ukrainian hryvnia. They also plan a paid rally in support of Russia's invasion in Melitopol, paying 1400 rubles ($14) for participation, the Ukrainian Security Service reports.
