Meanwhile on Russian state TV: State Duma member Andrey Isaev said there can be no peace with Ukraine as long as it claims Russian territory as its own. He is referring to Crimea, which belongs to Ukraine but was illegally annexed by Russia. Everything is topsy-turvy.
