Putin has not abandoned the goal of destroying Ukraine. He gave the order to destroy cities, as he does with Mariupol. Now the same is happening with Chernihiv. Encirclement, bombing, total humanitarian catastrophe. Cities are completely blocked, without food, light, or medicines.
