Ukraine in talks with Poland, Baltic countries to close borders with Belarus, Russia. According to Ukraine’s Ambassador to Poland Andriy Deshchytsia, Ukrainian diplomats are negotiating with Poland, Latvia, Lithuania & Estonia the closure of the border with Belarus & Russia.
