On Tuesday, Russian forces struck a Ukrainian administration building in Mykolaiv. More than 30 people were killed – and counting. The body of Tatsiana Dziamennikova, the leader of the Belarusian community of Mykolaiv, was found under the rubble of the building. She worked there.
