Defending his brothers, fighter pilot Dmytro Kolomiets died in the sky on the first day of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. In an aerial battle in the Khmelnytskyi region, while turning backfire from the Russians, Major Dmytro Kolomiets knowingly went to his death.
