The limits, again, are the type technology in the aircraft (The MiG-29 has hydraulic controls & a SAU-451 three-axis autopilot, no fly-by-wire controls like the F16). That requires extensive training for mechanics, crew chiefs, & part suppliers on a system UKR doesn't have. 18/
