Huge quantities of expensive Russian military equipment abandoned by retreating troops in areas around Kyiv—BTRs, trucks, a TOR-M1 air defense system, and a 9S36 missile guidance radar. Ukrainian forces now have the time and resources to recover and deploy this equipment.
