French President Emmanuel Macron has condemned the massacre in Bucha, near Kyiv, where hundreds of Ukrainian civilians were killed by Russian forces. He called for further sanctions against Moscow, stating, 'There are very clear indications of war crimes.' Macron also urged a ban on Russian coal and oil.
