Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba demands that the strictest sanctions on Russia are imposed this week. Kuleba said this is a demand on behalf of the victims in Bucha. "This is a plea of the victims of rape, torture, murder, their relatives, and the entire Ukrainian nation."
