European Commission confirms its president, EU foreign minister to visit Kyiv this week. Ursula von der Leyen and Josep Borrell will arrive in Kyiv this week to meet President Volodymyr Zelensky prior to the global pledging event for Ukraine in Warsaw on April 9.
