Governor says Russian troops hit nitric acid tank in Rubizhne, Luhansk Oblast. On April 5, Serhiy Haidai urged residents of the oblast not to leave bomb shelters and to close windows and doors. Nitric acid is dangerous to breathe and corrosive to the skin.
