European Parliament calls for an immediate embargo on Russian oil, gas, coal, and nuclear fuel. The resolution also calls for a special U.N. tribunal for Russia's war crimes, excluding Russia from the G20 and other organizations, and intensifying weapons deliveries to Ukraine.
