EU delegation returns to Kyiv. EU Foreign Affairs Chief Josep Borrell said on April 8 the decision will help the EU to “work even more directly with the Ukrainian authorities.” The delegation had relocated to Rzeszow, Poland after the start of Russia’s full-scale war.
