The Ukrainian government allocated $32 million for the reconstruction of destroyed infrastructure. Kyiv Oblast will receive almost half, or $13 million. In Chernihiv and Sumy oblasts, the government will spend $8 million for each, and in Zhytomyr Oblast – $3 million.
