General Staff: Russia is preparing for an 'offensive operation' to break through Ukrainian defense lines in Donbas. The main goal is to capture Ukrainian cities such as Popasna, Rubizhne, Nyzhne, and Novobakhmutivka. According to the Armed Forces, Russia may also launch new attacks on Kharkiv.
