The Ukrainian government has allocated the first billion of Ukrainian hryvnias (approximately $32 million) for the reconstruction of territories liberated from Russian troops. The funds will be used to repair networks and systems, as well as critical infrastructure in the Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, and Zhytomyr regions.
