Kharkiv Oblast shelled 66 times over past 24 hours, 11 people killed. Kharkiv Oblast Governor Oleh Synehubov said that Russian forces had used artillery, mortars, and MLRS to attack residential neighborhoods. 11 people were killed, including a child, another 14 were injured.
