Russia plots a series of terrorist attacks on its own territory in order to sell the war it's been losing in Ukraine, says Chief of UA Defence Intelligence Kyrylo Budanov. Possible targets include schools, hospitals, residential buildings. Belgorod and Crimea might get shelled.
