The death toll after Russian shelling of Kharkiv has risen to 10, including a 7-month-old child. 35 civilians are injured. On April 15 at 4:30 PM, Russians fired Uragan self-propelled multiple rocket launcher systems at the Industrialnyi District of Kharkiv.
