Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces: the second month of resistance to the full-scale Russian invasion is drawing to a close. The defense forces have delivered a worthy rebuff to the aggressor in the northern and northeastern directions. The territories of Kyiv, Chernihiv, and Sumy regions are fully liberated.
