I’m reading Erich von Manstein’s Lost Victories and, dare I say, similarities between Hitler’s actions days before the invasion of Poland in 1939 and Putin’s “the bluff that wasn’t” against Ukraine are just astonishing.
It’s as if I’m reading about the 2021-2022 crisis.
