Political prisoner Stsiapan Latypau, who tried to commit suicide in the courtroom, spoke up about the tortures in prison. He spent 32 days in solitary confinement. "It is tough for me. They treat me worse than anybody else because I am Stsiapan Latypau," he writes in the letter.
