Ukraine intel intercepts Russian order to kill PoWs in Popasna

Ukrainian intelligence has released an intercepted conversation allegedly between the Russian military indicating that those were ordered to kill Ukrainian PoWs in the area of Popasna in Luhansk Oblast.
