About 50 Russian shellings from artillery and multiple rocket launchers were recorded on April 21 in Kharkiv and Oblast. As a result of the shelling, a car was hit, killing two civilians on the spot; two people were injured in Kharkiv — as reported by Oleh Syniehubov.
