Russia is preparing large-scale provocations in the Belgorod, Kursk, and Bryansk regions targeting civilian infrastructure and residential areas, according to Serhii Vysotskyi of @InformNapalm. Wreckage of downed Bayraktar drones and helicopters is being brought in to frame Ukraine.
