Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin and Secretary of State Antony Blinken will travel to Kyiv on Sunday, President Volodymyr Zelensky said. Their visit will be the first by top U.S. officials since Russia’s February 24 invasion. It follows several visits by top EU officials.
