This is a cluster bomb, banned around the world. It delivers a payload of multiple smaller munitions that do tremendous damage, killing & maiming people. And yet, this was fired at Ukrainian civilians. The rocket landed near one of the hospitals @WCKitchen serves outside Kharkiv.
