Thanks for the question. Winning=Russia back to pre-24 Feb lines, commitment by West to eventual restoration of full territorial integrity of Ukraine (Donbas, Crimea), return of all deported Ukrainians to their homes, and damage to Russian ability to threaten its neighbors.
