In Chechnya, people convicted of various crimes—including relatives of opposition figures—are being sent to fight in Ukraine, according to reports from the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine (@DefenceU). Intelligence suggests that the Chechen branch of the FSB is gathering information about prisoners for this purpose.
