In a talk with @FeyginMark4 Oleksiy @Arestovych says that by mid-June Ukraine’s military capabilities will be boosted to the level that UA army will be able to change the course of war on a few flanks. Arestovych adds July will be a hot month of Ukraine’s big counteroffensive.
