Russian troops continued to shell Luhansk Oblast on April 27, with Lysychansk suffering the most — 13 houses were destroyed there, according to the local governor Serhiy Haidai. Four civilians died in Hirske, Severodonetsk, Novodruzhesk and Lysychansk, another four were injured.
