Russians took Dan, a Ukrainian defender of Mariupol, captive on 19-20 Apr. Then they shot a propaganda video with him. On 30 April they sent his mother a photo of her dead son. Killing POWs is prohibited by the Geneva Conventions. #RussianWarCrimes @ukrpravda_news
