As a commander who accepted new recruits & ready reserve soldiers into our ranks in combat, Putin's new "strategy" of declaring war to mobilize his reserves is a bit "interesting." We had hundreds. It doesn't improve combat capacity. Russia will have 10s of 1000's. Good luck.
