During a speech at the @WSJ's CEO Council Summit, President of Ukraine Volodymyr @ZelenskyyUa assured that Ukraine will not freeze the war with Russia. He also criticized the Minsk agreements that were constantly violated, rendering effectively a frozen conflict in Donbas.
