UPDATE: A 4-year-old girl, Alice, who was separated from her mother by Russian troops during the evacuation from Azovstal, will be taken to relatives in the safe regions of Ukraine, according to Lyudmila Denisova, the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
