The Russian military, moved from Kyiv, Zhytomyr & Chernihiv regions to the Kharkiv axis, have records of atrocities committed against Ukrainians on their phones, according to Roman Dudin, head of the Kharkiv department of the Service for Security (SSU), in an interview with ArmyInform.
