Spoke with Foreign Minister @ABaerbock to prepare for our #NATO Ministerial meeting in Berlin. I thanked #Germany for hosting this timely meeting where Ministers will discuss our next strategic concept, continued support to #Ukraine & relations with #Finland & #Sweden.
