Despite early successes in encircling Kharkiv, the occupiers withdrew parts of their forces from the region to reorganize and make up for heavy losses, the British Ministry of Defence said in its update on the situation in Ukraine. Ukrainian forces continue counter-attacks north of Kharkiv.
