Ukraine is currently negotiating with Russia to evacuate 38 seriously wounded bed-ridden sldiers from the encircled Azovstal plant in Mariupol. After that, negotiations will take place to save others, said the Deputy PM — Minister of Reintegration Iryna Vereshchuk.
