Ukraine is conducting negotiations to evacuate the 60 most heavily wounded soldiers and medics from Azovstal in Mariupol, Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk said. She added that hundreds of wounded are inside the besieged fortress, but the Russians do not agree to evacuate everyone.
