Ukraine has a Plan B if Russia refuses to pay reparations: it will arrest and sell all Russian property – Rada spokesperson Ruslan Stefanchuk. Currently, Ukraine is working with the International Criminal Court to prove Russian crimes, from aggression to genocide, in order to enforce reparations.
