Occupiers are organizing forced mobilization in the temporarily occupied territory of Luhansk Oblast. Russians are threatening to kill men who refuse to fight against Ukraine, according to Lyudmila Denisova, the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
