Ombudsman: Russians hold over 3,000 Mariupol residents in ‘filtration prison.’ According to Lyudmyla Denisova, they are held in what used to be a penal colony in Olenivka village, Donetsk Oblast. Civilians are tortured with electric shocks before being brought to the colony.
