Ukraine, Russia stall on peace negotiations. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister said that “negotiations are not continuing.” He blamed Ukraine for not agreeing to Russian terms. Mykhailo Podolyak, advisor to the Ukrainian president’s office, said that negotiations “are paused.”
