According to the Crimean Tatar Resource Center, 65 representatives of the Crimean Tatar people are currently political prisoners serving sentences in colonies, 18 are under restrictions or on probation, 32 are held in detention facilities, and 26 are being persecuted in Russian-occupied Crimea.
